Sales Department - Our lovely Sales Administrators handle your booking up until the moment you confirm your booking then you are placed in the Safe hands of our Operations Department.
Maintenance Department - Our Maintenance team looks after our fleet of vehicles ensuring they are kept up to the best standards possible for our customers.
Operations Department - Katrina in our Operations department will allocate you with a Bus and a Driver to you hire, Katrina will also be in touch to inform you of your drivers name and mobile number incase you need to make contact with them.
Finance Department - Takes care of all credit and debits to the company as well as budget setting and monitoring.
Stock Control Department - Keeps control of all stock, including vehicles and parts.

Scottish Home to the Royal Family Balmoral Castle was Purchased by Queen Victoria in 1848, The Estate has been the Scottish home of the British Royal Family ever since. The Estate extends to just over 50,000 acres of heather clad hills, ancient Caledonian woodland, policies and of course the beautiful River Dee is nearby.

Over the past 150 years careful stewardship by the owners, The Royal Family, has preserved the
wildlife, scenery and architecture which is available for all generations to enjoy.
Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee This unique range of china has been developed by the Royal Collection to mark 60 years of The Queen’s reign – the Diamond Jubilee took place in 2012 Her Majesty The Queen came to the throne on 6th February 1952 and her coronation took place on 2nd June 1953. The only other British monarch to celebrate a Diamond Jubilee was Queen Victoria in 1897.

Her Majesty celebrated her silver jubilee(25 years) in 1977 and her Golden Jubilee (50 years) in 2002.Once you have purchased your ticket from the Gate Shop you pass through the elegant main gates, either on foot or on the Land Rover trailer ride, and travel up the tree lined main drive which takes you to the “Balmoral Exhibition” where your audio tour starts. The audio tour is included in your admission and guides you around the grounds, gardens and exhibitions. Languages available are French, German, Italian, Spanish and English.
Once you have browsed the Balmoral exhibition you can walk across the courtyard to view the short audio visual presentation about the Estate, view the wildlife and art exhibition before moving on to the gardens.

The Gardens 
Wander through the large kitchen garden, visit the conservatory and enjoy the views from the fountain area before viewing Garden Cottage, which lies in a secluded spot in the grounds only a short distance away from the Castle and the impressive rose garden.

The Ballroom
The Ballroom houses a collection of fine art, silver figurines and porcelain from within the Castle. There is a short film of the Royal Family at Balmoral, together with a display of objects and Royal dress linked to the Coronation and past Jubilees.
The Gift and Coffee Shop
In the gift shop you can purchase some exclusive Balmoral gifts before relaxing in the spacious Coffee Shop. Afterwards, wander along the riverside path or enjoy one of the many waymarked trails on the Estate.

Off the A93 between Braemar and Ballater. Aberdeen : 50 miles; Perth: 60 miles; Edinburgh:104 miles; Inverness: 72 miles.

Opening Times
In 2012 the grounds, gardens and exhibitions will be open on a daily basis from April until July
Opening times are from 10am until 5pm, however please note that the last recommended admission is at 4.30pm. The audio tour is not available after 4.15pm
Disabled Visitors

Visitors with disabilities are welcome to park at the Estate Office – please enquire at the ticket office on entering. Wheelchair access is good throughout the property and wheelchairs or battericars are available on loan free of charge. Audio loops are available for the audio tour and fully accessible toilets are situated near the coffee shop.
